Sexual Assault Support Group

The Sexual Assault Support Group is a free, confidential group for survivors seeking connection and support. Facilitated by trained advocates, the group focuses on emotional support, coping skills, and peer connection in a respectful, judgment-free environment. Survivors are never required to share and may participate in the way that feels most comfortable.

"A More Powerful You"

This free and confidential group provides a safe and supportive space for women to discuss challenges that impact daily life. Facilitated by trained advocates, participants can share at their own pace, receive emotional support, and connect with others who understand their experiences.

ONLINE Group

Teen Group

Our Teen Support Group provides a safe, confidential space for young survivors of sexual assault to connect with peers who understand. Facilitated by trained advocates, the group offers support, coping strategies, and a chance to share experiences at your own pace. Participation is optional, and every teen is welcome just as they are.
